Daihatsu Motor Co., Ltd. will change the executive structure as follows.

Ⅰ．Appointment and Retirement Audit & Supervisory Board Members (as of the date of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders)

The appointments of Audit & Supervisory Board Member will become official following their approval at the 182nd Annual General Meeting of Shareholders planned to be held in June 2023. Retiring Audit & Supervisory Board Member will retire as of the date of the 182nd Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
